The creation of Grupo BMG has made management more efficient and allowed centralization of analysis and decisions, stimulating the growth and matureness of the controlled companies. 

The current format of Grupo BMG was created in 2005 by Dr. Flávio Guimarães, the founder’s son, to better support the new companies created by investments in agriculture, real estate and the food industry, and others.
